Our contact center can give information and answer most questions through text, chat, or by phone. Texting is one of the quickest and easiest ways to get in touch with us. Simply text or call (307) 745-5365 Mon - Fri 8 am - 5:30 pm, Sat 9 am - 1 pm. 

Our lobby at 365 N. Third St. is open Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm. We ask that you wait your turn on a floor marker, stay behind the MSR plexiglass window, and promptly leave after your transaction. We do encourage you to interact with the credit union as much as possible through electronic channels. Our mobile app features:

  • Remote Check Deposit. This is a simple and easy way to deposit any check without coming into the credit union. It is safe, secure, and fast.
    • First, endorse the check by signing it and writing on the back For Remote Deposit Only at LPFCU
    • Sign in to the app
    • Click Deposit
    • Take a picture of the front and back of the check
    • Enter the amount
    • Click Submit
  • Messaging. In the left menu bar, click on message to send a note to us and a staff member will respond as soon as possible
  • Transfer money between accounts and to other members
  • Picture BillPay. This is the easiest way to pay your bills. 
    • Sign in to the app
    • Click on BillPay
    • In the I want to menu, select pay with a picture
    • Lay your bill out flat and take a picture
    • Enter the amount you are paying
    • The system will read the payee and mailing address. The system will send a check or electronic payment to that payee.
  • Pay a Person. You can also pay a person electronically.
    • Sign in to the app
    • Click on BillPay
    • In the I want to menu, select Pay a Person
    • Follow the prompts and click submit.

  • Drive-thru hours at 365 N. Third St. are Monday -  Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. You may also call or text us at (307) 745-5365 during these hours.  Canisters are sanitized after each use.
  • We encourage the use of electronic payments, where possible. Cash is one of the dirtiest items we carry with us every day. It has been reported that the COVID-19 virus can live on cash for 3-4 days. For this reason, we encourage you to use your Laramie Plains FCU Debit Card instead of cash. If you do not have a debit card we can print one for you at the 365 N 3rd St. Drive-thru. If you absolutely need cash,  Click here for a mobile ATM locator.  Our new ATM at 365 N. Third St. now dispenses $10 and $20 bills. The ATM at 3905 E. Grand is also open 24/7.

  • Your deposits are safe and insured. We’re not going anywhere, because, at its core, our credit union is not a building or a business, it’s people unified for a common goal. There are a lot of things to worry about these days, but the safety of your money at Laramie Plains FCU isn’t one of them.  Your money is safe, and your accounts are fully insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF) up to $250,000.  There is no risk of keeping money in your account, but there are countless risks to holding cash. 
  • Cyber Scams are prevalent during this time. It is important to note that if we reach out to you, we will NEVER ask for confidential information such as your full card number, social security number, personal identification number (PIN), date of birth, or account number.  You can review the Federal Trade Commission's advice for consumers to protect themselves from scams.
